Our Apple Condiment is one of our aged dressings, made of 50% acidified apple juice and 50% Satin Condiment.
Naturally aged in oak casks, the sweet-and-sour flavour obtained by this low-acidity (less than 6%) condiment is great with fresh and seasoned cheeses, but also a perfect enhancer of plain vanilla ice cream, foie gras, confectioner’s cream and the Italian custard dessert “panna cotta”.
A highly fragrant, full-bodied, brown-coloured condiment.
