One of the most prestigious stops was undoubtedly the dinner organised at the beautiful Raflles Europejski Hotel, with dishes based on the three labels of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI from Borgo.
On Thursday, 6 June, Cristina Crotti and Mielżyński Wines Spirits Specialities organised a special dinner at Raffles Europejski Warsaw, with a signature menu created by chefs Witold Ivanski and Beenat Alonso.
The trip to Poland continued with a special workshop on balsamic vinegar combined with a tasting menu with a selection of wines at the Wine Bar on Czerska street, in Warsaw, of course!
