Savini Tatufi's cream with Parmesan cheese and truffle is suitable for bread croutons or polenta, for seasoning pasta and enriching main courses.
Ingredients: cream, parmesan cheese PDO (milk, salt, rennet) 14%, olive oil, Italian white truffle (tuber borchii vitt.) 3%, rice flour, salt, flavourings.
Storage: Crema con Parmigiano Reggiano and truffle can be stored at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. After opening, it should be stored in the fridge between 0 and +4 °C and consumed within a few days.
