Our Borgo Satin Condiment is made from cooked must and aged wine vinegar left to mature for several years in small oak casks. We chose the name ‘Satin’ for this condiment’s silky texture and smooth organoleptic features. Its creamy consistency, rounded fragrance and exquisite balance of sweet and sour make Borgo Satin Condiment the most acclaimed Red Label Borgo Condiment.

This new edition developed out of the partnership between Il Borgo del Balsamico and Steffi Bauer, a young artist from Munich. Cristina and Steffi met in 2020 when Steffi stayed at Le Dimore. The result is this new packaging celebrating beauty and renewal. We are sure all our customers will love this product as much as we enjoyed developing it.
