he Borgo Satin dressing is made from cooked must and aged wine vinegar, matured for several years in small oak barrels. Satin is the name we chose for this product, which has a silky yet velvety appearance due to its organoleptic characteristics. The enveloping aroma, the almost creamy texture and the sweet-and-sour balance are the characteristics that make the Borgo Satin Condiment the evolution of the more famous Borgo Red Label.
This new project is the result of a successful collaboration between Il Borgo del Balsamico and Steffi Bauer, a young artist from Munich. Cristina and Steffi met at The Residences in 2020 and decided to create this new packaging in the name of beauty and rebirth. We wish you all to enjoy this product as much as we enjoyed designing it.

Particularly suitable with soft or mature cheeses, . Its round and slightly 'woody' taste due to the long resting time in oak barrels makes it very pleasant with foie gras but also with desserts: cream ice cream, panna cotta cooked fruit and preparations where a very syrupy sweetness and consistency is required.
