It used to be called Saporetto and was made from apple and pear juice, cooked for 48 hours on the farmyard in the copper pot. Today, unfortunately, we can no longer cook it in the farmyard, but we have developed a version with apple juice and aged grape juice that will make your eyes sparkle and delight your taste buds
Try it with cream ice cream, with cottage cheese, even with meat (sweet and sour) and all cheeses.
