The red-labelled Borgo seasoning is our most popular seasoning.
Soft and dense with olfactory and taste nuances, it is the result of years of ageing in oak barrels.
The sweetness mixes with the acidity in an elegant play of nuances.
Obtained from red and white grapes from the Emilia Romagna region, it is acetified in oak barrels for many years.
The Condiment differs from Balsamic Vinegar of Modena igp in its lower acidity, still lower than 6%.

The Condiment of Borgo Red Label goes well with sweet and savoury preparations, from appetisers to desserts.
You can enjoy it with lardo di colonnata, in combination with a risotto with pumpkin, but also on baked pumpkin, to finish off a meat dish, on meat or fish tartare, with raw or cooked prawns, with foie gras and with soft or mature cheeses.
